The Media Gallery allows you to upload many assets (such as images and plans) and apply them to many units at once.

Applying assets to units

  1. Go to Content → Media and open a sub-tab (Gallery, Layouts, Floorplans, PDFs or Brochure).
  2. Click the assets you want. Each selected asset shows a number: that’s the order it will be applied in.
  3. Click Apply, pick the units (or floors) and click Confirm.
By default, the assets are added after the unit’s existing ones. Turn on Replace to swap out the unit’s current assets instead.

Reordering photos

The order of a unit’s photos is the order visitors see them in the viewer.

For one unit

  1. Go to Content → Units and click the gallery icon on the unit (or the layout icon for layouts).
  2. Hover a photo and drag it by the handle in its top-left corner.
The new order is saved automatically. Variants work the same way from their Gallery button.

For many units at once

  1. In Content → Media → Gallery, click the photos in the order you want.
  2. Click Apply. You can still drag the thumbnails at the top to adjust the order.
  3. Turn on Replace, pick the units and click Confirm.
Every selected unit gets exactly that set of photos, in that order.
The order of the Media tab itself doesn’t affect the viewer. Only the order inside each unit does.
